Lashbrook Growth Fund is a private land company operating in the Starbase corridor of South Texas. We acquire, operate, and sell land where the space economy is being built. Our record is on file at the county clerk.
Acreage and small lots in the Boca Chica and Laguna Madre corridor of Cameron County. We were buying here in 2021, before Starbase was a city and before its anchor company was public.
Held land should stay useful while the corridor builds around it. Our 20-acre holding south of Brownsville carries four residential dwellings on the north parcel.
Realized exits, on the record. In December 2025 we sold a corridor lot to Space Exploration Technologies Corp by recorded warranty deed, and re-entered the corridor the same day.
